4. 网站本地存储与追踪
目前网站没有学生账户、在线咨询提交表单或内嵌支付表单。语言偏好通过浏览器本地存储保存（auit-language）；课程及小时数选择、价格计算和咨询清单在页面中处理，不会仅因操作这些功能而提交给我们。您可以在浏览器中清除本地存储。我们没有在网站中加入第三方广告追踪脚本；Cloudflare 为交付网站和安全保护可能处理技术数据或使用必要的 Cookie。
5. 服务提供商与跨境处理

This policy describes personal information handling in connection with visits, enquiries and tutoring services for 达澳课堂 / AU Intelligence Tutoring. The operator is JYAI PTY LTD, ABN 41 675 840 061 (“we”, “us”). It covers www.daaopath.com and daaopath.com.
2. Information we may handle
Hosting and security services may process IP addresses, visit times, requested pages, browser and device details. When you contact us through WeChat, WhatsApp or email, we may receive the names, contact details, student age or learning stage, subjects, goals, time zone, availability and messages you provide. If lessons proceed, we may also handle schedules, learning materials, progress feedback and necessary payment or invoice records. Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry or lessons; do not send identity documents, card details or unrelated sensitive information.
3. Sources and purposes
We primarily receive information directly from students, parents or guardians. We use it to answer enquiries, assess lesson suitability, arrange and deliver tutoring, send necessary service messages, administer payments or refunds, resolve complaints and meet applicable legal obligations. We request information reasonably needed for these purposes. If you do not provide certain details, we may be unable to arrange the relevant service. An enquiry is not treated as permission for unrelated marketing; any marketing will include appropriate choices and an opt-out.
4. Browser storage and tracking
The current website has no student accounts, enquiry submission forms or embedded payment forms. Your language preference is saved in browser local storage (auit-language). Course and hour selection, price calculations and the enquiry checklist run on the page and are not submitted to us merely by using these features. You may clear local storage in your browser. We have not added third-party advertising trackers. Cloudflare may process technical data or use necessary cookies for site delivery and security.
5. Service providers and overseas processing
Cloudflare provides hosting, content delivery and security. When you choose WeChat, WhatsApp or email, the relevant platform also handles communications under its own policies. If a tutor or video-conferencing service is needed, we will explain this when arranging lessons and share information needed to provide the service. Providers may process or store data outside Australia, including in the United States, China or other operating locations, depending on the platform, account region and configuration. We do not promise Australian-only storage. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its hosting-related practices.
6. Payments and Stripe
Online payment is not currently enabled. If Stripe is introduced, payers will enter details on Stripe’s official checkout page; this website will not receive full card numbers or security codes. We may then receive payment status, transaction references and information needed for orders or invoices. Relevant notices will be updated before new payment or collection features are introduced.
7. Children, recordings and AI tools
A parent or guardian should participate in enquiries, enrolment and arrangements for students under 18. Parents may contact us about their child’s information. The current website does not collect lesson audio or video. If recording is proposed for teaching, we will first explain its purpose, storage and sharing and obtain required consent. Using this website does not itself submit student information to AI tutoring tools. If an AI service handling identifiable student information is introduced, we will explain it separately and obtain appropriate authorisation.
8. Retention and security
We take reasonable measures proportionate to the information and our operations to restrict access and reduce loss, misuse and unauthorised disclosure. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We retain information for as long as needed for services, disputes and applicable legal or accounting obligations. When it is no longer needed and no retention obligation applies, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it. Retention by third-party platforms is also affected by their own systems.
9. Access, corrections and complaints
Contact [email protected] or WeChat or WhatsApp in our contact section to request access, correction or deletion of information we hold, withdraw applicable consent, or raise a privacy complaint. Identify the relevant student, issue and requested action. We may reasonably verify identity to protect privacy. Access or deletion may be limited by applicable law, other people’s rights or required record retention; we will explain relevant reasons. We will respond within a reasonable time. If unresolved, you may seek assistance from an applicable regulator. See the Australian OAIC; its jurisdiction depends on applicable law.
