2. 服务内容与学习目标
课程以线上一对一辅导为主；内容、难度、授课语言、老师及教学工具会根据沟通结果安排。学习进展取决于学生基础、参与和练习等因素；我们不保证特定分数、录取、签证、工作或其他结果。教学应以合理的谨慎和技能进行，学习结果说明不会减免适用的服务质量义务。
3. 报名、未成年人和课程确认
浏览网站、选择课程或调整小时数，不会自动创建订单、预订时段或产生付款义务。课程需由双方确认后安排；确认内容应包括提供服务的经营主体、学生情况、课程与小时数、费用、上课日期和时区，以及适用的调课、取消和退款细节。未满 18 岁的学生应由家长或监护人参与报名及付款安排。
4. 价格、小时数与付款
网站目前展示初级 A$45/小时、高级 A$50/小时，按所选整数小时数计算总价，币种为澳币（AUD）。报价或付款前应清楚列明适用税费及最终总额，已确认订单的价格不会仅因网站后续改价而改变。当前 Stripe 在线付款尚未开放；启用后请仅通过我们确认的正式付款渠道支付。除非另有明确约定，不会自动续订或周期性扣款。
5. 时间、设备与调课
双方在确认时应明确时区（例如澳洲悉尼时间或北京时间），并考虑夏令时变化。学生应准备可正常使用的网络、设备及所需学习材料。如需调课、迟到或无法参加，请尽早通过客服说明。任何通知期限、缺席费用或课时扣减，应在报名或付款前明确书面告知并获得同意，不会在事后新增。
6. 取消、未使用课时与退款
如果您希望取消课程或申请未使用课时退款，请联系客服并说明课程、付款记录和原因。报名时已明确同意的合理取消安排可适用，但不会限制法定退款或其他救济权利。未事先约定的取消费用不会自动适用；我们会结合已提供服务、未使用课时及适用法律公平处理。若我们无法提供已约定的课程，会与您安排替代时间，或就无法提供的部分办理退款，不强制要求您接受替代课程。
7. 澳洲消费者权利
如澳洲消费者法适用，服务相关消费者保障及其他不可排除权利不受本条款影响。服务存在问题时，适用救济可能包括补救、重新提供、取消、退款或损害赔偿，取决于问题性质及法律规定。我们不采用“一律不退款”条款，也不把全部责任一概转移给学生或第三方。有关说明见 ACCC 消费者权利指引。
8. 学术诚信与相互尊重
辅导旨在帮助学生理解和独立完成学习。我们不代写需独立完成的评分作业、不代考、不协助作弊或虚构求职经历。双方应保持尊重，不进行骚扰、歧视或违法活动。若出现安全或严重诚信问题，我们可暂停有关活动并说明原因，合理处理未使用课时与退款；不会因此排除依法享有的权利。
9. 教材、知识产权与录课
网站、课程材料及品牌的权利属于其合法权利人。学生可按课程许可用于个人学习，不得未经许可公开传播、出售或冒用。学生保留其原创作品的权利；为提供教学而提交的材料只在必要范围内使用。录音、录像及公开分享需事先取得有关参与者或权利人的适当同意；未成年人的有关安排需家长或监护人参与。
10. 隐私、第三方工具与网站使用
个人资料处理见 隐私政策。课程可能使用另行确认的视频会议、通信或支付平台，其适用规则也需遵守。我们会合理协助处理技术问题；如中断影响课程，会沟通补课或其他适当处理，不以第三方平台故障一概排除我们的法定义务。请勿攻击网站、绕过安全机制或上传恶意内容。

1. Operator and scope
达澳课堂 / AU Intelligence Tutoring is operated by JYAI PTY LTD, ABN 41 675 840 061. These terms describe general website and English, mathematics and IT tutoring arrangements. The relevant quote, time zone, schedule and enrolment details confirmed in writing form part of the lesson agreement. Nothing excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. Services and learning aims
Tutoring is primarily online and one-to-one. Content, level, teaching language, tutor and tools are arranged following discussion. Progress depends on starting ability, participation, practice and other factors. We do not guarantee grades, admission, visas, jobs or other outcomes. Services should be delivered with reasonable care and skill; descriptions of learning outcomes do not remove applicable service-quality obligations.
3. Enrolment, minors and confirmation
Browsing, selecting courses or changing hours does not automatically create an order, reserve a time or create a payment obligation. Lessons are arranged after mutual confirmation, including the service provider, student needs, course and hours, price, dates and time zone, and applicable rescheduling, cancellation and refund details. A parent or guardian should participate in enrolment and payment arrangements for students under 18.
4. Prices, hours and payment
The website currently displays beginner lessons at A$45/hour and advanced lessons at A$50/hour, with totals based on selected whole hours in Australian dollars (AUD). Applicable taxes and the final total must be made clear before payment. Later website price changes do not change an already agreed order. Stripe checkout is not currently enabled. When available, use only the official payment channel we confirm. There is no automatic renewal or recurring charge unless expressly agreed.
5. Scheduling, equipment and rescheduling
Confirm the time zone, such as Sydney or Beijing time, and account for daylight-saving changes. Students should have a working connection, suitable equipment and required materials. Contact us promptly about rescheduling, lateness or absence. Any notice period, absence charge or hour deduction must be clearly disclosed and agreed in writing before enrolment or payment, rather than introduced afterwards.
6. Cancellation, unused hours and refunds
For cancellation or a refund of unused hours, contact us with the course, payment record and reason. Reasonable cancellation arrangements clearly agreed at enrolment may apply, but do not limit statutory refunds or other remedies. Unagreed cancellation fees do not apply automatically. We will address the request fairly, considering services provided, unused hours and applicable law. If we cannot provide agreed lessons, we will arrange an alternative time with you or refund the undelivered portion, without requiring acceptance of substitute lessons.
7. Australian consumer rights
Where Australian Consumer Law applies, consumer guarantees and other non-excludable rights remain unaffected. Available remedies for service problems may include rectification, re-supply, cancellation, refunds or damages depending on the issue and law. We do not apply a blanket no-refunds policy or transfer all responsibility to students or third parties. See the ACCC consumer rights guidance.
8. Academic integrity and respectful conduct
Tutoring supports understanding and independent work. We do not ghostwrite assessed work requiring independent completion, sit exams, facilitate cheating or fabricate job experience. Participants should act respectfully and avoid harassment, discrimination and unlawful activity. We may pause activities for safety or serious integrity concerns, explain why and reasonably address unused hours and refunds, without excluding legal rights.
9. Materials, intellectual property and recordings
Website content, lesson materials and branding belong to their lawful owners. Students may use materials for personal learning within the relevant permission, but must not publish, sell or misrepresent them without permission. Students retain rights to their original work; material submitted for tutoring is used as needed for teaching. Recording and public sharing require appropriate prior consent from participants or rights holders, with a parent or guardian involved for minors.
10. Privacy, third-party tools and website use
See our Privacy Policy for information handling. Separately confirmed video, communication or payment platforms may have their own applicable rules. We will reasonably assist with technical issues and discuss replacement lessons or appropriate remedies if interruptions affect delivery; third-party outages do not remove our statutory obligations. Do not attack the site, bypass security or introduce malicious content.
11. Concerns, updates and contact
